- Handling over 500 personal injuries claims cases and over 500 divorce cases (contentious & non-contentious) since 1983
- Handling over 2000 Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) units for The Hong Kong Housing Authority and over 5000 units of private–sector Consent & Non-Consent Scheme conveyancing work since 1983
- Assisting clients with negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and advisory in hundreds of commercial ventures and drafting commercial agreements including Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, licensing/franchise agreements and employment agreements
- Handling project conveyancing and commercial leasing for a major property developer in Hong Kong
